Horse gram, black urad dal, bengal gram dal, pepper, cumin seeds, white sesame seeds, curry leaves, garlic, asafoetida (hing powder), pink salt.

Mix 2 spoons of this powder in half cup of dosa batter & make 2 small dosa's and consume this as breakfast/dinner meal.
