Our Mudavattukal Dosa Powder is a traditionally prepared food mix made using carefully selected Mudavattukal Kizhangu and other food ingredients.

Mudavattukal Kizhangu is carefully cleaned and processed before preparation. The ingredients are prepared and blended to create a convenient powder that can be easily added while preparing dosa.

How to Use

Add the recommended quantity of Mudavattukal Dosa Powder to dosa batter, mix well and prepare dosa as usual.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Keep the pack tightly closed after opening and protect from moisture and direct sunlight.

Black Urad Dal, Bengal Gram, Mudavattukal Kizhangu, Black Pepper, Garlic, Curry Leaves, Cumin Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Pink Salt, Mango Powder and Compound Asafoetida [Gum Arabic, Refined Wheat Flour, Asafoetida].

Mix 2 spoons this powder in half cup of dosa batter & make 2 small Dosa's and consume this as breakfast/dinner meal.
